Welcome to Flowmail. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Flowmail platform and services. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Flowmail is an AI-powered business execution platform that connects to your email inbox and provides:

  • AI classification and extraction of business entities from emails
  • Approval workflow management
  • Report tracking and timeline visualization
  • MCP Server for AI agent integration

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use Flowmail
  • One person or organization may not maintain more than one free account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Flowmail for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users

4. Email Access & Data

4.1 Authorization

By connecting your email account, you authorize Flowmail to:

  • Read your incoming emails for classification and data extraction
  • Send emails on your behalf (e.g., approval responses)
  • Store extracted structured data as described in our Privacy Policy

4.2 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your email content and data. Flowmail does not claim any ownership over your data.

4.3 AI Processing

You acknowledge that Flowmail uses AI to process your emails. AI-generated classifications and extractions are provided as suggestions and require your confirmation before actions are executed.

5. Pricing & Billing

  • Flowmail may offer free and paid plans
  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice

6. Intellectual Property

  • Flowmail and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Flowmail Inc.
  • Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
  • You may not use our branding without prior written consent

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
  • We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Flowmail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI suggestions that were confirmed by you

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowmail, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
  • Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
